Qualifications:
- Active State of Illinois Occupational Therapist license required
- Experience in school settings preferred, but not required

Responsibilities:
- Deliver skilled OT assessments, therapy, and intervention for elementary students
- Collaborate with teachers and special education teams to support IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation of therapy sessions and student progress
- Travel to and serve at one designated school site, working two flexible days per week
