Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
- Experience or familiarity with school-based OT settings (pediatric experience highly preferred)
- Ability to work collaboratively across multidisciplinary teams
- Strong skills in evaluation, intervention planning, and documentation
- Flexible approach to meet the diverse range of student needs
- High level of communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals and district policies
- Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to identify student needs
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans, adjusting interventions as required
- Work closely with teachers, aides, and families to promote carryover and classroom success
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to collaborative planning for student support
- Travel between sites in the Easton area as needed
