Required Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license
- Educational Specialist I or II Certificate
- Willingness and ability to work in Carbon or Lehigh County
- Comfortable with a school-day schedule, up to 35 hours each week
- Experience working with students with varied disabilities and support requirements
- Able to attend in-person interviews (virtual interviews are not available)
Preferred Experience:
- School-based, pediatric, or special education-related experience strongly valued
- Previous service in collaborative multidisciplinary education teams is a plus
Your day-to-day will include:
- Providing direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students
- Developing individualized treatment plans to address students’ unique needs
- Collaborating with educators, support staff, and families to promote student independence
- Maintaining accurate and timely documentation as required by the educational setting
- Participating in IEP meetings and multi-disciplinary team discussions
