Desired Experience & Qualifications
- Current, active Louisiana OT license
- Experience with school-based OT services, including virtual therapy
- Ability to conduct re-evaluations and PreK assessments across grade levels
- Skilled at developing and completing IEPs
- Previous supervision of COTAs preferred
- Comfortable working in a virtual/teletherapy setting
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive virtual OT services to students across multiple grade levels
- Conduct timely re-evaluations and PreK assessments (with dedicated Fridays for PreK)
- Allocate at least one day per week for the completion of IEP documentation
- Supervise and mentor a COTA to ensure best practices and compliance
- Adapt to the short-term nature of the contract with flexibility and efficiency
