Work 21 hours per week, scheduled flexibly over 2-3 days, with the exciting prospect of increasing to a full-time schedule as the year progresses. Start right away and continue supporting students through June 16, 2027, ensuring continuity and stability for the children in your care.
What You’ll Bring:
- Active Occupational Therapy license in Pennsylvania
- Ability to provide or obtain required PA clearances
- Strong background in early childhood or preschool settings
- Experience working with younger children, ideally in schools
- Comfort working onsite in a collaborative education team
- Readiness to interview virtually via Zoom
Your Responsibilities:
- Assess, plan, and implement OT interventions for early childhood students, fostering skill development and independence
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other therapists to develop individualized strategies and goals
- Document progress, adapt approaches as needed, and help create inclusive learning environments
- Support IEP development and participate in team meetings
- Provide hands-on, engaging therapy sessions aligned with students’ unique needs
