Key Qualifications:
- Active and unrestricted Occupational Therapy license is required
- Previous experience working in school-based OT settings, preferably with elementary, middle, or high school students
- Strong skills in completing evaluations, developing intervention plans, and collaborating with educators
- Ability to organize a varied caseload, including overflow evaluations
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
- Flexibility to support different school levels across sites as needed
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct occupational therapy services to elementary, middle, and high school students
- Manage a diverse caseload and conduct assessments and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to educational goals
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor progress
- Provide consultation and training for school personnel to facilitate inclusion
- Maintain compliance with all district, state, and federal guidelines pertaining to therapy services
Position Details:
- Contract role, onsite only
- Schedule: Tuesday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM (36 hours weekly) through May 20, 2027
- Caseload includes elementary, middle, and high school students at multiple campuses
