Qualifications and Experience Desired:
- Current and valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Valid Arizona IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Previous school-based OT experience preferred, particularly with early childhood or K-8 populations
- Comfortable supervising and mentoring a COTA
- Strong assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Collaborative, team-oriented mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to a caseload of roughly 60 students
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and track progress for each student
- Consult and collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student goals
- Supervise, guide, and partner with the on-site COTA to ensure effective implementation of therapy strategies
- Maintain all required documentation and adhere to school, district, and professional standards
