This assignment is full-time at 37.5 hours weekly, beginning September 14 and running through December 18. Qualifications:
- Active AZ Occupational Therapy license
- Valid IVP fingerprint clearance card
- Pediatric/school-based OT experience strongly preferred
- Adaptable to onsite and online service delivery
- Strong teamwork, communication, and documentation skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K-12 students in a school setting
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams on student support plans
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement IEPs, and track student progress
- Provide both in-person and virtual therapy as needed
- Maintain accurate records and follow state/federal requirements
