Qualifications:
- Current Occupational Therapy license (or eligibility) for Arizona
- Demonstrated experience in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare settings
- Strong skills in both fine and gross motor interventions
- Excellent communication and adaptability with students and multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to students, focusing on individual education plans
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans targeting fine and gross motor skill development
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other service providers for holistic student support
- Maintain detailed documentation and monitor student progress
