Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to K–12 students, promoting independence and participation in academic settings
- Work closely with teachers, special education staff, and families to develop individualized treatment plans
- Serve as an active member of IEP teams, contributing to assessments and documentation of student progress
- Administer evaluations, create measurable goals, and adjust therapy strategies based on individual needs
- Provide training and support to school staff on strategies and accommodations for students
- Maintain thorough and organized documentation in compliance with state and district regulations
