Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Active OT license in Wisconsin (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience as a school-based Occupational Therapist preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to develop individualized plans and adapt to diverse student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect therapy services to students according to IEPs
- Conduct evaluations to assess students’ functional needs in the school setting
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to create effective interventions
- Document progress, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Adapt activities and environments to promote student access and participation in the school curriculum
- Serve as a resource for staff on occupational therapy interventions and accommodations
Position Highlights:
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, onsite for the entire academic year
