Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapy (OT) license in Wisconsin or eligibility to obtain one
- Previous experience providing OT services in school settings is highly preferred
- Ability to assess and implement creative interventions tailored for children and adolescents
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
- Commitment to evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite occupational therapy services to students in alignment with IEP goals and school objectives
- Conduct evaluations to identify student needs and recommend supportive strategies
- Develop and maintain thorough documentation for evaluations, treatment plans, and progress reports
- Engage in multidisciplinary meetings and participate in the educational planning process
- Educate and provide resources to teachers, staff, and families to support student success
