Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based occupational therapy to students across a K–12 caseload
- Conduct assessments and develop targeted treatment plans
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to develop and implement IEP goals
- Document student progress, maintain timely records, and participate in team meetings
- Provide in-class support and train staff on strategies to enable student participation
- Adapt interventions based on student response and evolving educational goals
