Key Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license for the state of Connecticut
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Comfort working with K-12 students across varied ability levels
- Strong communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide targeted therapy and interventions for K-12 students
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families on individualized education plans
- Maintain clear, accurate records and document progress
- Adapt and implement effective treatment strategies within the school schedule (Monday-Friday, 6.5 hours daily, lunch excluded)
