- Licensed Occupational Therapist with active state credentials
- Prior experience in schools, home health, or clinical settings (school-based experience highly preferred)
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to adapt interventions to different student needs and environments
- Skill in evaluating, planning, and implementing individualized therapy plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ functional skills, motor development, and sensory processing relevant to their learning environment
- Develop and execute individualized therapy sessions onsite based on IEP goals
- Consult and communicate with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate strategies for student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports
- Adjust scheduling and caseload management in response to assessment demands
