Occupational Therapist School Setting in Cambridge, MA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid and current Occupational Therapy license
- Strong background in school-based OT, home health, or healthcare settings
- Experience assessing and supporting students with diverse physical and developmental needs
- Familiarity with individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Organization and flexibility to adapt to changing caseloads
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver occupational therapy services within the school environment
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support students’ participation and progress
- Monitor and document students’ therapy progress, adjusting plans as needed
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide recommendations regarding OT interventions
- Maintain up-to-date records and comply with all state, federal, and educational requirements
