Key Qualifications:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Connecticut
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred

- Ability to develop and implement age-appropriate treatment plans
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations to identify students’ strengths and areas for growth
- Design and implement individualized therapy sessions in accordance with student IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to promote student participation and success in the classroom
- Document progress, maintain detailed records, and participate in student meetings as needed
- Provide training and resources to staff to support students’ motor and sensory needs throughout the school day
