Qualifications:
- Active OT license in Connecticut (OTR/L)
- Experience in school-based and/or healthcare occupational therapy environments preferred
- Flexibility and enthusiasm for working in a small school setting
- Experience with COTA collaboration is a plus
- Home health OT experience valued
- Availability to start ASAP for a 32.5-hour workweek
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support student success
- Maintain timely documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in parent and staff meetings as required
