Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Current Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure
- Experience or interest in working within a school setting (K-12)
- Ability to develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
- Knowledge of IEP documentation and special education processes is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to K-12 students according to IEPs
- Assess student needs and develop tailored intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to maximize student success
- Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Support students in acquiring critical skills for academic and daily living success
