Key Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania Occupational Therapy license
- Prior pediatric or school-based OT experience strongly preferred
- Skilled in evaluation, intervention, and progress monitoring for early learners
- Ability to collaborate effectively with educators and families
- Strong communication and documentation abilities
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings and deliver interventions for incoming kindergarteners and first-grade students
- Provide focused therapy sessions for students who qualify for OT services
- Work seamlessly with classroom teachers, delivering both push-in and pull-out support as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the district's chosen IEP system (training provided)
- Participate in paid team meetings and contribute to collaborative planning
- Utilize a dedicated therapy space to deliver high-quality interventions
- Serve at a single location with travel support for any necessary itinerant duties
