- Completion of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
- Previous experience providing OT services in K-8 or charter school settings preferred

- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering occupational therapy interventions for students, both individually and in small groups, to support access to learning
- Assessing student needs, creating and implementing targeted treatment plans, and monitoring progress toward individualized goals
- Participating in IEP meetings and contributing expertise to multi-disciplinary teams
- Consulting with teachers and caregivers to promote strategies that facilitate student participation and independence in the classroom
- Accurately maintaining records and documentation in compliance with federal, state, and school policies
