Qualifications:
- Current Minnesota occupational therapist license required
- Prior experience in a school-based OT setting is preferred

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads across varying grade levels
- Comfortable adapting interventions to meet individual student needs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans for students as part of the IEP process
- Provide occupational therapy interventions to support students’ fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
- Collaborate with teachers, aides, and school staff to ensure therapy goals are integrated within the classroom
- Document services and progress according to district and regulatory standards
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
- Educate and advise staff and families on strategies to support student development
- Flexibly travel between school sites as assigned
