Qualifications (Required)
- Active Minnesota Occupational Therapist (OT) License
- Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, educators, and families
- Experience conducting evaluations, developing treatment plans, and maintaining documentation

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct occupational therapy evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students.
- Collaborate with teachers, special education teams, administrators, and families.
- Participate in IEP meetings and support goal development.
- Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with district and state requirements.
- Help students improve functional, academic, motor, sensory, and daily living skills needed for success in the educational environment.
