What We’re Looking For:
- Holds active Occupational Therapist licensure (NC or eligible for reciprocity)
- Previous experience in school-based OT settings strongly preferred
- Background in home health or healthcare settings a plus
- Comfort providing teletherapy as well as onsite services to students
- Proficiency in evaluating, designing, and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Demonstrated ability to foster fine motor skill development in children and adolescents
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
You’ll Be Responsible For:
- Delivering direct and consultative OT services to students in accordance with IEPs and 504 plans
- Conducting thorough assessments and creating tailored interventions to promote academic participation and independence
- Collaborating closely with educators, families, and related service providers to ensure student success
- Maintaining accurate records and documenting student progress in accordance with guidelines
- Contributing expertise in both in-person and teletherapy formats to maximize access and benefit for students
