Qualifications & Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in North Carolina.
- Previous experience in a school or pediatric setting preferred.
- Solid understanding of IEP development and implementation.
- Ability to effectively communicate with staff, families, and students.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Comfortable working across varied age groups and diverse learning needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative OT services to students in PreK through 12th grades.
- Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in eligibility and IEP meetings.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student success.
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines.
- Flexibly manage a student caseload across multiple locations.
- Offer creative, tailored interventions that align with individual student goals.
