School Occupational Therapist - Castle Rock, Washington

Qualifications & Experience:
- Current Washington State Occupational Therapist (OT) certification required
- Experience with school-based therapy or pediatric populations preferred
- Familiarity with a range of student disabilities and interventions
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and communication skills
- Commitment to individualized, student-centered service
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct occupational therapy services to students across elementary, middle, and high school
- Assess students’ needs and develop tailored therapy plans to foster independence and participation
- Work collaboratively with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure holistic care
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings as required
- Adapt approaches to serve students with diverse needs and abilities
