Qualifications:
- Hold current Washington State Occupational Therapy certification
- Experience, or a strong desire to work with children and adolescents with a range of mild to severe disabilities
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility to support multiple grade levels (elementary through high school)
- Full-time availability, Monday through Friday, 7 hours per day
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT assessments and interventions for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement IEP goals in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Support inclusion in classroom settings and provide direct/consultative services
- Communicate with staff, families, and outside providers to ensure holistic care
