Occupational Therapist School Setting in Kalama, WA

Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Washington State Occupational Therapy license (required)
- Previous work in school-based settings strongly preferred
- Experience serving students with a variety of disabilities
- Enthusiastic about collaborating with educators and caregivers
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Comfortable working across multiple school levels
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy services to students onsite
- Create and implement individualized intervention plans
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to support student success
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
- Document evaluations, progress notes, and maintain compliance
- Adapt strategies for diverse needs, fostering student independence and participation
