Enjoy a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, working full-time from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM at a single school site. You'll manage a diverse caseload of 50-70 students in grades PK through 6, addressing a variety of needs across the elementary age spectrum. Desired Qualifications:
- Active state licensure or certification as an Occupational Therapist or COTA
- Recent experience in school settings preferred, but strong clinical backgrounds considered
- Ability to work independently and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
- Excellent communication, time management, and documentation skills
- Passion for working with elementary-aged children and supporting diverse learning needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver OT interventions to support students' success in academic and daily activities
- Assess, document, and monitor student progress, providing updates to families and staff
- Collaborate with teachers, specialists, and families to tailor individualized strategies
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with school and district protocols
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
