Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations to identify students’ unique strengths and areas of need
- Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child
- Support students’ participation in classroom activities, focusing on fine motor skills, sensory processing, and adaptive techniques
- Maintain accurate documentation for services and progress, and participate in IEP meetings
- Consult with teachers and families to deliver strategies that can be generalized outside of therapy sessions
- Stay current with occupational therapy best practices and participate in ongoing professional development
