Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ needs through assessments and observations to determine therapy requirements
- Develop individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-regulation, and daily living tasks
- Deliver therapy sessions in one-on-one and small group settings within the educational environment
- Provide consultation and training for teachers and families to promote students’ carryover of skills in the classroom and at home
- Monitor and document progress, adjusting interventions as necessary for optimal outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert recommendations and collaborating with the broader educational team
- Contribute to an inclusive and supportive classroom atmosphere for all learners
