Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments to identify students’ unique needs and strengths
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans in alignment with student goals
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and caregivers to ensure integrated therapy services
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate, timely records and progress reports
- Provide direct occupational therapy services and consultative support within classroom and group settings
