- Excellent interpersonal communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, families, and other professionals
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and provide direct therapy services to students with a range of needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support classroom participation
- Maintain thorough progress notes and comply with all district and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings, parent conferences, and staff professional development sessions
- Offer consultation and training to classroom personnel on OT strategies
- Support transitions and accommodations within the school environment
