Desired Background:
- Active Oklahoma Occupational Therapist (OT) license
- Previous experience in a school-based or pediatric setting preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills

- Solid grasp of specialized equipment and adaptive technology for therapeutic use
Role Responsibilities:
- Evaluate students’ motor and sensory needs as part of the special education process
- Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy plans
- Work closely with teachers, support staff, and families to integrate therapy into classroom routines and daily life
- Provide direct therapy, monitor progress, and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Contribute to IEP meetings and help craft achievable, student-centered goals
- Educate staff and caregivers on strategies to carry over progress outside therapy sessions
