- Ability to adapt interventions and materials to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform assessments and evaluations to determine student eligibility and needs for OT services
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy and support to students individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support student success
- Maintain thorough documentation and progress reports in compliance with school policies
