- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with educators, families, and students
- Ability to adapt therapy methods to the diverse needs of students in a school environment
Primary Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting fine motor, sensory, and functional life skills
- Conduct assessments and provide recommendations as part of the IEP team
- Consult and collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate strategies into daily classroom routines
- Document student progress and maintain required records with accuracy and timeliness
- Educate students, families, and faculty on occupational therapy best practices
- Participate in meetings and professional development activities as required
