Preferred Qualifications:
- Active Occupational Therapist license in Illinois (required)
- School-based occupational therapy experience or a strong interest in school settings
- Able to serve as an in-person provider
- Flexibility to work a schedule of 37.5 - 40 hours per week
- Willingness to collaborate on an early childhood diagnostic team
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct OT services to a starting caseload of approximately 30 students, expanding as new students are evaluated
- Collaborate with the early childhood team to assess student needs and determine service eligibility
- Develop and implement intervention plans tailored to individual student goals
- Maintain effective communication with students, families, and staff
- Document evaluations, progress, and therapy outcomes
