Qualifications:
- Active Texas Occupational Therapy license
- Previous pediatric or school-based OT experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage a K-12 caseload of approximately 74 students
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement therapy plans, and complete evaluations
- Serve students across three assigned schools (K-12 age range)
- Collaborate with a team including two OTs and a COTA
- Opportunity for 1-2 days remote work if caseload allows (to be discussed during interview)
- Maintain regular documentation and communication with educational staff and families
