Occupational Therapist School Setting in De Pere, WI

This position is based onsite, allowing you to connect directly with students and staff while making a meaningful impact throughout the academic year. The schedule consists of 37.5 hours weekly, supporting students’ growth and independence in a collaborative environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Current, valid OT license for practice in Wisconsin
- Previous school-based experience preferred; background working with diverse student populations a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for engaging with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Commitment to individualized, student-centered care and documentation best practices
- Ability to adapt interventions to varying age groups and needs
Core Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ educational goals
- Provide direct therapy and consultative services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, administration, and other specialists to support classroom participation and student advancement
- Maintain detailed records of student progress and communicate findings with parents and staff
- Participate in eligibility and IEP development meetings as a vital team member
- Foster an inclusive, supportive learning atmosphere for every student
