Occupational Therapist School Setting in Dekalb, IL
An exciting contract opportunity is available for an Occupational Therapist to serve high school students in a supportive, collaborative educational environment. This full-time position is set to begin on September 1, 2026, and will run through January 15, 2027. Providing direct services onsite, you will work closely with students, teachers, and families to support student growth and success.

Qualifications & Experience:
- Holds an active Occupational Therapist (OT) license in Illinois
- Previous experience working in school settings with high school students
- COTAs are not considered for this role
- Ability to provide onsite services
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Excellent organizational skills and adaptability
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services to high school students in accordance with IEPs and educational plans
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment interventions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Document services and progress per school and regulatory requirements
- Consult with educators and families to ensure integrated student support
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide expertise on occupational therapy needs
