Qualifications & Experience
- Valid Occupational Therapy license in California (or eligibility to obtain)
- Experience or interest working with students in Grades K-12
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to tailor therapy approaches to a broad range of developmental stages
- Familiarity with school-based therapy preferred, but not required
- Dedication to working collaboratively as part of a multi-disciplinary team
Key Responsibilities
- Assess student needs and develop personalized intervention plans
- Deliver direct and consultative occupational therapy to students in Grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12
- Maintain detailed, compliance-ready documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing professional input for student plans
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, support staff, and families
- Adapt interventions to align with educational goals and student progress
