Requirements:
- Active OT (Occupational Therapist) license in California
- Experience in school-based therapy settings is strongly preferred
- Minimum availability of 37.5 hours per week; full-time, onsite only (no virtual/remote sessions)
- Ability to manage a caseload of at least 40 students and travel between multiple school sites
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive OT evaluations, interventions, and documentation for a varied student population
- Collaborate with teachers, school personnel, and families to support student success
- Develop and implement IEPs and individualized treatment plans
- Adapt interventions to accommodate student needs and district protocols
- Cover multiple school campuses within the district
