Desired Skills & Experience
- Active OT state license required
- Experience in school-based settings, home health, or teletherapy preferred
- Previous involvement supervising COTAs (Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants)
- Strong evaluation and documentation abilities
- Comfortable adapting to varied educational and clinical environments
Key Responsibilities
- Provide occupational therapy services 2-3 days per week in local schools
- Conduct evaluations (Evals.) and ongoing assessments
- Supervise and mentor COTAs to uphold best practices
- Collaborate with educational teams to support students’ individual therapy goals
- Engage in professional development and maintain compliance with regulations
