High School Middle School Occupational Therapist School Setting in Empire, NV

Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid Occupational Therapist licensure in the state or eligibility to obtain prior to start
- Experience working with elementary, middle, and/or high school students preferred
- Understanding of IEP process and the ability to document and track student progress
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Compassionate, flexible, and committed to student success
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide screenings, assessments, and direct therapy sessions for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized therapeutic interventions in alignment with students’ IEP goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, staff, and families to support student outcomes
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress and therapy sessions
- Participate in IEP meetings, team consultations, and ongoing professional development
- Adapt therapy techniques and equipment for varying student needs and goals
