School days run 7:15 AM to 3:25 PM, with the option for up to 30 additional minutes daily to accommodate extended learning or make-up sessions, ensuring every student can thrive.
What you’ll bring:
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist (OT)
- Experience in school-based settings or with pediatric/mild-moderate disability populations
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and delivery
- Purposeful communication and collaboration skills with educators and families
- Flexibility to respond to student needs and school processes
- Comfort working onsite in an academic setting, adhering to a business casual dress code
What you’ll do:
- Evaluate and treat students with a variety of mild and moderate disabilities
- Develop and implement effective IEP goals and progress monitoring strategies
- Coordinate with fellow support staff, teachers, and parents
- Support students’ access to the curriculum and participation in school routines
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Adapt interventions, develop materials, and track extended learning or make-up minutes
- Engage in the interview process by completing a mock IEP and reviewing a sample lesson plan
Hourly compensation is offered in the range of $45 to $60, reflecting your experience and qualifications.
