Occupational Therapist (OT) – K–12 School-Based Opportunity
Location: Broomfield, CO
School Year: 2026–2027
ProCare Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist (OT) for a part-time, school-based contract position in Broomfield, Colorado.
This onsite opportunity offers the chance to work with a K–12 student population while helping students develop the functional, sensory, and motor skills needed to succeed in the educational setting. The selected OT will collaborate closely with teachers, families, and support staff to create meaningful outcomes for students across grade levels.
This is an excellent opportunity for an OT seeking a flexible schedule and the ability to make a direct impact within a supportive school environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide occupational therapy evaluations, assessments, and direct therapy services to students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs and educational goals
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to educational planning
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance records
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
• Support students in developing fine motor, sensory, self-help, and classroom participation skills
Qualifications
• Active Colorado Occupational Therapist license required
• Colorado Department of Education (CDE) license required
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy or higher from an accredited program required
• Previous school-based experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
