Occupational Therapist School Setting in Kent, WA

What We’re Looking For:
- Active Washington state Occupational Therapy license
- Demonstrated experience in school-based Occupational Therapy
- Ability to manage a caseload spanning elementary, middle, and high school students
- Strong collaborative skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Willingness and flexibility to serve in 3-4 school buildings as needed
- Excellent organizational and documentation abilities
- Passion for supporting students’ functional participation and academic success
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and indirect occupational therapy services that meet students’ individual education plans (IEPs)
- Perform comprehensive evaluations, create intervention plans, and monitor student progress
- Consult with teachers, support staff, and families to ensure continuity and effectiveness of therapy
- Travel between assigned school locations and manage varied priorities efficiently
- Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with district and regulatory standards
