Qualifications
- Active OT license in Washington State (required)
- Minimum one year of school-based OT experience
- Experience serving a diverse student population from elementary through high school
- Capable of managing a caseload across multiple school buildings (3-4 locations)
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
Responsibilities
- Provide approximately 950 minutes of direct OT services per week, plus indirect/collaborative time
- Deliver therapy interventions and consultative services individualized to student goals
- Develop, update, and implement IEPs in coordination with school teams
- Travel between assigned buildings to meet student needs
- Participate in meetings and contribute professional recommendations to staff and families
