Qualifications and Experience:
- Valid Occupational Therapist license in Washington state
- Previous experience working within school systems preferred

- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ abilities and challenges related to motor skills, sensory processing, and participation in school activities
- Develop tailored intervention strategies and provide direct therapy services
- Maintain accurate documentation and support compliance with all relevant regulations
- Consult with educational staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to integrate therapy goals into classroom routines
- Engage in IEP meetings and support students in accessing their curriculum
- Adapt equipment and modify activities to enhance student learning and independence
