School Occupational Therapist - Silverdale, Washington

Key Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Occupational Therapy licensure in Washington State is required
- Experience within a school-based setting is highly preferred
- Familiarity with IEPs and documentation processes
- Ability to manage a diverse caseload across elementary and middle school environments
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, working with educators, families, and professional support staff
Your Responsibilities:
- Deliver occupational therapy services for a caseload including approximately 36 elementary and 18 middle school students with IEPs
- Develop individualized treatment plans to support students’ educational goals and functional independence
- Complete required documentation, progress monitoring, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Adjust service frequency based on student needs, including both weekly and monthly sessions
- Collaborate and consult with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student participation and achievement
- Benefit from 1.5 days of COTA support each week to enhance student care
