Essential Qualifications:
- Current Wisconsin Occupational Therapist (OT) License (DSPS required)
- Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy
- Experience working in educational, healthcare, or home health settings preferred
- Strong understanding of pediatric development, sensory integration, and individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Effective communication and collaboration skills with students, staff, and families
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide ongoing occupational therapy services for students in grades K-12, addressing a wide range of needs
- Perform screenings, assessments, and contribute to the development of IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to support academic engagement and functional independence
- Document interventions, progress, and recommendations while maintaining compliance with all policies and regulations
- Adapt treatment plans for individual student goals within school and home-based contexts
- Deliver direct therapy as well as consultative services, ensuring effective carryover and support
This position offers a consistent Monday-Friday schedule, with 37.5-40 hours per week, ensuring you have stable, meaningful engagement with students and staff.
